Tea Table or Silver Table Ebonized with hand painted Chinoiserie Decorations throughout the table, the top of the table features beautiful gilt painted Swans. Copied from an antique found in the Duke of Roxburghe's Floor Castle. The Baker Stately Homes Collection, pieces were selected by Sir Humphry Wakefield, who was the foremost authority on English antiques and architecture. The Stately Home collection featured reproductions of antiques found in the palaces and castles of England, Scotland and Ireland. The pieces were originally commissioned by royalty and other aristocratic families as early as the 17th century. The pieces were made using old world tradition of furniture making. Baker's most expensive furniture collection and highly sought after by collectors.
