Description:
Made of walnut and gilt gesso, this reproduction of an English mirror circa 1740 features the tight scrolls, floral volutes, and acanthus leaves typical of the late baroque period. The original of this mirror hangs in the parlor of the Governor's Palace in Colonial Williamsburg. This reproduction is in gold leaf.

Condition Report:
Very Good Condition with some light cracks in the gilt and light scuffs and scratches. Beautiful showpiece.
